The apartment is mind-blowingly nice and modern, with a jaw-droppingly great bathroom. Everything is super-clean and new. The employee who showed us the room was incredibly friendly and gave us extensive explanations about the building, room access, breakfast options, and more. The location is fantastic, just a short hop to the center with all the cool restaurants and bars. The free wifi is top-notch. Plus, they're adding a new shared kitchen which looks amazing.

our second stay in cagliari was absolutely memorable thanks to the spacious and stylish apartment at spacebility city. the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect with amazing nearby restaurants, and the manager chiara was super attentive and helpful. a great value for money accommodation that exceeded our expectations.

I chose this hotel for my business appointment because it provided convenient conference space and a meeting room. The guesthouse was well-maintained and had comfortable amenities such as AC units in each room, a great shower, and a comfortable bed. Its central location allowed me to easily explore the city center on foot.

The one service that I missed for my work was access to a kitchen or at least some basic supplies like a microwave, toaster, or coffee machine.

location: the hotel was next to centre very nearby, downtown cagliari, close to railway station and restaurants and cafes. i greatly enjoyed the different room options, especially stylish double room with queensize bed, nice decoration and a balcony.

We had an amazing stay at Spacebility City in Cagliari. Our junior suite upgrade was fantastic - a spacious bedroom, living room, and bathroom, all impeccably clean. The memory foam mattress and pillows added to our comfort. The kitchen and balcony were large and well-equipped. The housekeeping by Fiorella was excellent, and the easy check-in process was the best we've ever experienced. The host's thoughtful communication and recommendations made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff provided us with all the information we needed and even booked the tours for us. It made exploring Cagliari with our children so much easier and enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could have a small playground or play area for children.

The check-in and out process was super smooth, and the value for money was just amazing. The location near the train station was very convenient. The host and her assistant were incredibly friendly and provided GREAT tips for exploring the area. The amenities, including the tablet with Netflix and the speaker, were a fantastic addition. this was an unforgettable experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a nice, clean, and modern place to stay.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The bathroom and shower room were also spacious and immaculately clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen that we could use, as well as the shared balcony eating area. The location was perfect, situated close to the city center and the bus station for easy access to the beach. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Although we had a great stay overall, there were a few minor issues. the rooms had paper-thin walls, which meant that we could hear noise from the shared living room and the street.
